Are you dreading the first day back to school because of the hard transition between summer and school schedules? 

Believe me, I understand! As a mom of 5 and pediatric OT I have had many years to perfect the process of getting out of the door on the first day of school. Each year brings new challenges as my kids change and we just learn to adapt!
